  • All orders are lovingly prepared and processed within 2 to 3 days, (Monday to Friday)

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

    • We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

    Estimated Delivery Time

    • Shipping typically takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location and local courier services.

    • Deliveries may arrive sooner or slightly later based on transit and customs conditions.

    • Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

    • FREE Shipping for all orders over R1 000

      Door-to-Door shipping fee for parcels below R1 000 (2 - 7 Working Days) R120

    While we do our very best to honor estimated delivery times, please understand that certain factors may be beyond our control, such as:

    In such cases, we kindly ask for your patience and grace as we work with our delivery partners to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

    Lost or Missing Packages

    Once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, it is their responsibility to ensure its safe delivery.
     We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

    If your order is missing, we recommend taking the following steps:

    2. Look for a notice of attempted delivery.

    3. Contact the courier directly using the tracking number provided.
